Music Critic Review

'' an exceptionally accomplished performance, alert and fresh ...' ' ... offered with such conviction and affection ...'
"Schumann had once hoped to be a virtuoso concert pianist but an injury to his hand ended that dream: instead he wrote piano music that demanded virtuosic skills, these Fairytales being as challenging as any.  But they left Tim Sidford undaunted: one could easily see - and hear - why, at age 15, he had been a semifinalist in the BBC Young Musician Competition and a winner of prizes at the Royal College, where he was chosen to perform for the Queen. Louisa Davidson, who plays saxophone as well as clarinet, matched him in skill and musicianship; as indeed did Daniel Neville, whose second instrument is the violin (but all true viola players know why Mozart, and Beethoven, and Schubert, and Mendelssohn, and Dvorak, and Hindemith, and Britten were All Of The Company)."  Peter Williams Oct 7th 2018

LION BALLROOM Leominster FEB 12th 2017
A very good turn out for this recital on a very cold February afternoon. Enjoyed by all with many compliments. Thankyou.

"The Pieces, nicely varied in character, were played with consummate skill and finesse....the Duo's musicianship quickly struck a good balance......"
"And so to Poulenc's Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, completed just before his death in January 1963.  Published posthumously, its first performance was given in Carnegie Hall by Benny Goodman, with Leonard Bernstein at the piano.  Follow that, Louisa and Tim! And they certainly did. Fearlessly"  Peter Williams  (February 2017)
